Koinonia Sports and Fitness Association invites those that are interested in Road Cycling to join us on weekend rides. Every Saturday morning we meet at sites with access to the bike trail for road or mountain bikes. Spring through Fall we meet for Krebs Cycle Madness on Thursday evenings at 6pm at the Guy West Bridge. In the Spring, we train for Eppies Great Race which is a run, bike and kayak triathlon. Some members enter the ironperson categories and do all three events. We also form relay teams of three for this race.
Mountain Bike Rides are scheduled generally in the early afternoon on Sundays and may be scheduled in conjunction with rides by other Christian groups. Martin Myers is our mountain bike leader. See Main Calendar Page for upcoming rides and clinics.
