Girls’ space rwanda

Rwanda has been a HUGE part of my life, having first visited aged 18, in 2009. I founded the charity Together in Sport Rwanda in 2016 and have visited the country over 40+ times over the last 15 years.

My Girls’ Space Vocational Hub is a project which is so close to my heart. Girls’ Space uses the power of Sport, Personal Social and Emotional Education and Vocational Skills to provide life changing opportunities to teenage girls living in the rural village of Gako, Rwanda.

Over the last few years I have loved linking K-Fitness and my charity together. In January 2024, a group of 25 of my fitness community took part in a 10 hour fitness challenge, raising over £15,000 for the charity!
