Mum/baby fitness fun
Are you a new Mum and looking for a safe, supportive group to get back moving again?
I run my Mum/baby fitness class every Tuesday 1-2pm at Gullane Village Hall, in East Lothian.
It is a chance to prioritise YOURSELF for an hour a week (but the baby’s get to come join the fun too!).
The classes are suitable for all fitness levels and run as a 6 week block. Get in touch for any further information.
This class can be chaos, but it is for sure one of my favourite hours of the week! :)
