1:1/2:1 Personal Training

I offer both 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training both in East Lothian (indoors and outdoors available) and on a Wednesday I am based in Edinburgh, where I offer outdoor sessions from Braidburn Valley Park.


Personal Training is suitable for all fitness levels, if you are looking to take that first step in your journey, or perhaps you want some extra support to work towards a personal goal or event!

My passion as a Personal Trainer is to help you gain confidence in your abilities, and to help you feel happier and healthier in all areas of your life. I can guarantee we will also have lots of fun as we go!

Mum/baby fitness fun

Are you a new Mum and looking for a safe, supportive group to get back moving again?

I run my Mum/baby fitness class every Tuesday 1-2pm at Gullane Village Hall, in East Lothian.

It is a chance to prioritise YOURSELF for an hour a week (but the baby’s get to come join the fun too!).

The classes are suitable for all fitness levels and run as a 6 week block. Get in touch for any further information.

This class can be chaos, but it is for sure one of my favourite hours of the week! :)

Thursday outdoor group fitness

Every Thursday evening 6:30-7:15pm at North Berwick Rugby Football Club.


A 45 minute strength and cardio fitness sessions suitable for all fitness levels.


Come join this lovely bunch of ladies (we also welcome men!).

We work hard, but we also laugh a lot…what more would you want?!

£7 per session.

Move studio- group classes

In Summer 2024, I joined the lovely team at Move Yoga Studio. This delightful studio in based in North Berwick, very near to the beach.

Tuesday- 10:15-11am- STRENGTH AND TONE
